Assistra may not be used to harm customers, abuse messaging channels, bypass provider rules or violate law.
No spam or abuse
Do not use Assistra to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messages, phishing, malware, scams, harassment or abusive automation.
No illegal or high-risk activity
Do not use Assistra for illegal goods or services, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, hate, violence, or regulated activity without required approvals.
Upload restrictions
Do not upload malware, unlawful material, highly sensitive data without a lawful basis, content that violates provider rules, or files intended to abuse storage, bandwidth or platform reliability.
Channel compliance
Tenants must follow Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and other provider rules, including consent, template, opt-out and messaging window requirements.
Platform safety
Assistra may suspend or restrict access when usage threatens security, reliability, tenant isolation, provider compliance, billing integrity or customer safety.
