You may not use Assistra to violate laws, send spam, distribute malware, harass users, impersonate others, abuse messaging systems, bypass rate limits, overload infrastructure, or process illegal content.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, exploit AI systems abusively, or use the platform in a way that harms Assistra, tenants, visitors, or third-party providers.

Accounts violating these rules may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.
