Privacy Policy
Assistra provides an AI-powered customer request and operations platform for SMEs. The platform processes customer conversations, request records, customer identity data, channel metadata, billing records, operational notifications, webhook delivery records and audit logs.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, tenant and staff profiles, customer messages, visitor identifiers, customer identity links, appointment requests, order requests, lifecycle requests, catalog data, attachments, usage metrics, billing documents, runtime audit logs, tenant security audit events, device/session information and support communications.
How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, route messages, generate AI-assisted responses, create operational requests, support human handoff, notify staff, maintain billing and subscription records, monitor reliability, detect abuse and improve safety.
AI processing
Customer messages, catalog content, tenant settings and conversation context may be processed by AI providers to draft replies or prepare operational requests. Tenants are responsible for having the required notices, permissions and lawful basis for processing customer data.
Messaging channels
When tenants connect WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook Messenger, messages and metadata may also be processed by the relevant provider. Tenants are responsible for their own connected accounts, provider compliance and customer communications.
Webhooks and integrations
If outbound webhooks are enabled, selected operational events may be sent to tenant-configured endpoints with signing and delivery logs. Tenants are responsible for the systems they connect and the data they receive.
Security and retention
Assistra uses tenant isolation, access controls, credential protection, rate limits, webhook validation, audit logs and runtime safeguards. Data may be retained for service delivery, security, billing, troubleshooting, compliance and legal purposes.
Attachments and temporary files
Customer and staff uploads, including images, documents, audio and video, may be processed as conversation attachments. Attachments are temporary operational files, not permanent storage. Customers and tenants should keep their own copies because files may be automatically removed after the retention period.
