Billing Terms
Assistra subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan, billing cycle, Stripe configuration and applicable taxes or fees.
Plan limits
Plans may include AI reply allowances, admin limits, widget limits, channel access, analytics, branding and webhook features. Feature availability depends on subscription status.
Payment processing
Stripe or another configured payment gateway may process subscription payments and issue payment records. Payment gateway fees are deducted according to the provider’s pricing.
Past due and expired access
If payment fails or the subscription expires, tenant login and billing pages may remain available, while paid runtime features such as AI replies and channel AI may be restricted.
Third-party channel costs
Tenants are responsible for their own connected channel accounts and provider costs, including WhatsApp or Meta conversation charges when applicable.
