Refund Policy
Assistra provides a trial period so customers can evaluate the platform before subscribing.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Unused usage
Unused AI reply allowances, unused subscription time and unused plan capacity do not roll over and are not refundable.
Exceptional cases
Assistra may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors or issues required by applicable law.
Third-party fees
Fees charged by third-party providers, payment networks, banks, Meta, WhatsApp or other connected services may be subject to those providers’ own rules and may not be refundable by Assistra.
